(AGI) New Delhi, June 29 - At least eleven people died and 27were injured after a building under construction collapsed inChennai, the southern Indian city formerly known as Madras.Twenty people are still trapped beneath the rubble. Around 200people were inside the building when it collapsed on Saturdaynight in the Mgalivakkam neighbourhood. Indian police havearrested five people for manslaughter, including thearchitects. . .
