(AGI) Prague, June 23 - Italy has taken Prague as the showcasefor the students of the Academy of Fine Arts of Breraparticipating in the International Exihibition of Countries andRegions at the Stage Design Quadrennial, which this yearunfolds around the palaces and through the streets of thecity's historical centre. The students mounted an installationinside Franz Kafka's birthplace house which reflects on thevery topical issue of immigrants landing on the Italian coasts. The installation evokes a shipwreck, with the hull of a dinghyafloat, while the echo of media reports suggest a newperspective from which to view the world. The themes oftravelling, migration and reception are also the leitmotif ofthe play entitled 'TranSite' that the Brera Academy studentspresented at the Tribes Exhibition of PQ 2015, to theaccompaniment of the 'Archestra di Brera' ensemble conducted byMaestro Gianluca Barbaro, first at the Naprstek Museum andsubsequently at the Italian Culture Institute in Prague.
