Ukraine to strengthen Mariupol defences

(AGI) Moscow, Sept 8 - The Ukrainian president, PetroPoroshenko has arrived in Maiupol, the eastern harbour citywhere tensions are running high despite the current truce withthe pro-Russian separatists.
