(AGI) Siena, Sept 11 - During Thursday's board meeting, twodirectors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, representing theFondazione Mps, stated they are ready to resign. According toinsiders, this will be formalized in the next few days. Theparties in question are Marco Torchi and Paola De Martini,whose place should be taken by directors representing thesyndicate agreement that Fondazione Mps struck with the Fintechand Btg Pactual funds, which control 9 percent of Mps stock. Itseems that the outgoing directors invited two other boardrepresentatives of the Fondazione Mps to resign as well. (AGI)
