(AGI) Ankara, Sept 16 - Turkey is considering the creation of a"buffer zone" on its border with Syria and Iraq to protectitself from Sunni Islamic State jihadists, the Hurriyetnewspaper reported President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as saying onTuesday. "The armed forces are working (on plans)" he said.Erdogan added that it was a matter of being ready to implementthe measure when he decides it necessary.
