(AGI) Hanoi, July 7 - South Korean electronics giant Samsunghas been given the go-ahead to build a 1 billion-dollar plantin Vietnam. The factory will produce smartphones and tablets inthe northern province of Bac Ninh. Samsung will use it to boostproduction of key components, such as displays, in part tosatisfy growing demand for smartphones in Vietnam.
