Sacrilege to politicise politician's murder, says Moscow
(AGI) Rome, March 2 - The murder of opposition politician BorisNemtsov is a "heinous crime", Russian Foreign Minister, SergeyLavrov, told the United Nations Human Rights Council. However,it was "sacrilege to use such tragedies ... to try tosubstitute investigators and law enforcement by pushingpoliticised, ungrounded and provocative interpretations", hesaid at the meeting in Geneva on Monday. He exchanged a ratherchilly handshake in front of the TV cameras with U.S. Secretaryof State, John Kerry, before they discussed the Ukraine crisisand the Nemtsov case. Washington has stressed it wants anin-depth and transparent investigation.
