(AGI) Rome, May 28 - The World Communication Forum will openin Rome at Cinecitta on June 3. The event, which is Italy'slargest industry gathering, is a laboratory of ideas organizedinto three individual events: a Communication Forum (June 3);an Event Industry Forum (June 4) and a Sustainable InnovationForum (June 5). These three events will be joined together byone single theme - Back to Imagination. The presentation of apoll on communication, conducted on a sample of 502 peoplerepresentative of the population 18-years-old and over, willkick off the Communication Forum. According to the poll, 73 percent of the interviewees said communication plays a strategicrole in favour of economic recovery. It is interesting data,which, however, showed a slight decline from 2014, when it wonan 86 percent response. The poll also showed that the Web isslowly but surely catching up with television as the mediumthat Italians follow the most to gain information on thebusiness world. Work is the most important keyword whichcommunication has to focus on, and will be the spotlight of theevent. Work and the value of the famous "Made in Italy" brandwill both be on the Forum agenda and discussed withdistinguished experts such as Cesare Damiano, Chairman of theLabour Committee of the House of Deputies, and managers fromsuccessful Italian companies that have left a mark on theworld. These facts and figures will set the tone for the Forum.The Event Industry Forum will focus on the most important eventof 2015 - Expo Milan 2015. Alfredo Accatino, Creative Directorof FilmMaster Event, one of the companies that designed theExpo opening event, will be among the presenters due to openthe works of the Forum. The relationship between growth andwell-being is going to be the theme of the Forum on SustainableInnovation, which will conclude the World Communication Forumon June 5th.This event will discuss concrete cases and presenttestimonies of companies that have made innovation andsustainability their priority to enhance competitiveness andboost brand awareness. The event's opening session willpragmatically approach the theme by focusing first on issuessuch as GDPs to go all the way to KPIs, which companies use tomeasure their global sustainability. Many outstandingpresenters will be on the event's agenda. Marco Astorri, CEO ofBio-On, will be talking about biopolymers, which is naturalplastic generated by recyclying the waste of sugar factories,with no oil and a set time after which the biopolymers dissolvein water. Communication, innovation and networking will be thefeatured topics of the upcoming World Communication Forum,which will offer an opportunity for Italian companies tocompare and develop future plans. Managers and professionalswill present their own projects during a three-day "marathon".For the first time ever, the Forum will continue into theevenings with "nights of communication" to be held at thehistorical Caffe di Cinecitta. An exclusive gala night isscheduled on June 4th in the famous area where the studiosreproduced ancient Rome. Music will be featured as well bygiving a very unique interpretation of the Forum's themes.(AGI). .
