(AGI) Berlin, Feb 25 - Greece will not receive "a single euro"until it meets the pledges of its existing bail-out programme, said German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble on Wednesday. If the conditions are not met and the Greek reform planspresented to creditors this week are not substantiated withfigures, no more money will be paid, he said on SWR publicradio, stressing that the commitments Athens agreed withcreditors the EU, ECB and IMF remain valid. "If they fulfilthose, then they can still receive the outstanding payments. And if they don't fulfil those, there will be no payments,"Schaeuble said. Greece's lenders called the country's reformplans a "good starting point" but said that greater commitmentwas required to implement single reforms. Schaeuble stressedthat the extension gives Greece more time but does not let itoff the hook in terms of its pledges. "First the Greekgovernment said it wouldn't meet the commitments," he said."Then we said you won't get the outstanding possible paymentsunder the programme. Now the Greek government says it wants tomeet the commitments after all. And we have said, you'll getmore time so you can meet the commitments." . .
