(AGI) Padua, July 20 - The Northern League on Sunday proposed a20 percent flat tax rate for all. "Today we launch a fiscalrevolution which, we hope, will be supported by millions ofItalians in demonstrations in October: 20 percent for all, fromnorth to south, for rich and poor.
