(AGI) Tripoli, Sept 23 - Libya's parliament has passed a voteof confidence in Abdullah al-Thani's new 13-member cabinetafter it was voted down last week. The Libyan parliament waselected last June 25 and is forced to convene in Tobruk forsecurity reasons. Islamist militants in Tripoli have covertlybrought back to life the dissolved General National Congressand have elected Omar al-Hassi prime minister. Parliament hasfailed to appoint an oil minister, so regulation of thecountry's leading economic sector remains in the hands of thetop executives of the National Oil Corp (NOC). . .
