Italian companies take part in Moscow glass exhibition

(AGI) Moscow, June 8 - A total of 14 Italian companies aretaking part in MIR STEKLA (WORLD OF GLASS) - the InternationalExhibition for Glass Products, Manufacturing, Processing andFinishing Technology - which opened in Moscow on Monday. The220 square metre Italian pavilion was organised by the ICEItalian Institute for Foreign Trade in Moscow, in collaborationwith the Italian Association of Glass-Processing Machinery andAccessory Suppliers (GIMAV). A vast and widespread tradenetwork, ability to establish brand loyalty, operationalflexibility to respond to demand and technical assistance arewhat has made Italian glass a sectoral leader in Russia, wherenew manufacturing and the modernisation of existing facilitiesrequire huge investment, an ICE statement said.
