These include the setting-up of a Fiscal Council, anew method for drawing up budget legislation, reducingbureaucracy, measures to address the "humanitarian crisis' intowhich Greece has been plunged, fiscal reform and curbs on taxevasion. If the Eurogroup approves the reforms, it will givethe go-ahead for a four-month extension to the Greek bailoutprogramme.
