(AGI) Rome, July 8 - European markets opened flat on Tuesday.Frankfurt's DAX was up 0.04 percent at 9,910.66 points, Milan'sFTSE MIB gained 0.1 percent to 21,294.06 points, while theParis CAC 40 rose 0.22 percent to 4,415.64 points.
