(AGI) Rome, Sept. 16 - European markets were moderately down onTuesday while investors anxiously await the results of thereferendum on Scotland's independence and the outcome of theFederal Reserve's monetary policy summit. The Spanish telephoneoperator Jazztel saw shares rise 6.19 percent following a 3.4million euro bid from the French company Orange, whose sharesfell 1.49 percent. In Frankfurt the Dax fell 0.28 percent to9,632.93 points, while in Paris the Cac 40 was down 0.44percent at 4,409.15 points and in London the Ftse 100 lost 0.18percent closing at 6,792.4 points. In Milan the Ftse Mib fell0.3 percent to 20,788.50 points, while Madrid's Ibex was down0.39 percent at 10,798.7 points. (AGI) . .
