European court rejects appeal against reduced Eni fine

(AGI) Brussels, March 5 - The European Court of Justice onThursday dismissed an appeal by the European Commission againstthe reduction of a fine imposed on Eni SpA and its subsidiaryVersalis for taking part in an international synthetic rubbercartel between 1993 and 2002.
