(AGI) Rome, Sept. 17 - The Board of Directors of Eni hasannounced, along with publication of the second-quarterresults, that shareholders will receive an interim dividend for2015 of 0.40 euro per share outstanding at ex-dividend dateSept 21, 2015 with payment on Sept 23, 2015, as announced tothe market on July 30 last year. To holders of ADRsregistered by Sept 22, 2015, listed on the New York StockExchange and each representing two Eni shares, there will be aninterim dividend of 0.80 euro per ADR, payable on Oct 7, 2015.The independent auditors issued their
