(AGI) Rome, Sept 23 - Democratic Party parliamentarians willcast blank votes on Tuesday in efforts to expedite theappointment of top judges at Italy's supreme court and at theCSM, the Italian judiciary's self-government body. Withgovernment coalition parties at loggerheads over who shouldfill the posts, Prime Minister Matteo Renzi's party signalledthat while it would not insist on swaying parliament in favourof its own Constitutional Court candidate, it would not hold upthe much delayed appointments.
