(AGI) Tehran, Nov 24 - The agreement on Iran's nuclearprogramme will come into force at the beginning of January,announced Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, in a pressconference in Vienna on Tuesday. The 5+1 agreement, which wassigned by the U.S., China, Britain, France and Germany on July14, provides for the reduction of Iran's uranium enrichmentcentrifuges by two-thirds. In addition, Iran will reduce itsuranium stocks and modify the Arak reactor. The ministerexplained that talks with Russia for the purchase of feedstockhave been finalised. The agreement's implementation phase beganon Oct. 18 and since then Tehran has decommissionedapproximately 3,000 of its 19,000 centrifuges, reported theInternational Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
