(AGI) Toronto, Sept 9 - The first North American screening ofthe documentary Natural Resistance with director JonathanNossiter will take place at the Italian Cultural Institute inToronto after the film's presentation at the TorontoInternational Film Festival. The initiative, organised inassociation with the Institute for Foreign Trade, is entitled"A Natural Wine Revolution: The Italian Avant Garde. A talk bydocumentary film director Jonathan Nossiter". In NaturalResistance, the director combines his passion for wine, filmsand Italy. As a former sommelier, Nossiter was the author ofthe acclaimed documentary Mondovino in 2004 which explores theway

In NaturalResistance, the director combines his passion for wine, filmsand Italy. As a former sommelier, Nossiter was the author ofthe acclaimed documentary Mondovino in 2004 which explores theway in which globalisation has threatened to take fine winesoff the market. Ten years later he has returned to the themeafter finding himself in Tuscany with a group of Italian wineproducers intent on resisting the use of invasive chemicals.They are joined by Gian Luca Farinelli, director of theCinematheque of Bologna, who is totally dedicated to therestoration and preservation of films.. .
