(AGI) London, Dec 5 - The British Museum's decision to send oneof the Parthenon Elgin Marbles on loan abroad for the firsttime was "an affront to the Greek people", Prime MinisterAntonis Samaras told CNN. The statue of the river god Ilissos,part of the carved frieze, will be displayed at the HermitageMuseum in St Petersburg, as part of an exhibition to celebratethe museum's 250th anniversary, until mid-January.
