(AGI) Miami, July 1 - Tropical Storm Arthur is forming off theeast coast of Florida, about 155 km from Cape Canaveral. Thisis the first Atlantic storm of the season and is currentlymoving at 65 kph. Tropical Storm Elida on the Pacific coast iscausing concern, but does not appear to be getting stronger.The Mexican meteorological service reports it is stationaryabout 135 km from Punta San Telmo, where heavy rain and 585 kphwinds have been reported. . .
