Italy auctions 7 billion euros of government bonds

(AGI) Rome, Sept 11 - The Italian Treasury auctioned 2.457billion euros of three-year government bonds with a yield of0.52 percent, a new record low after the 0.85 percent yield ofthe previous auction. The Treasury sold another 2.5 billioneuros of government bonds expiring in 2021 with a yield of 1.71percent, down from the 2.17 percent yield of the previousauction, and 2 billion euros of bonds expiring in 2030 with ayield of 3.03 percent, down from a yield of 3.44 percent in theprevious auction. . .
