(AGI) Milan, Sept 19 - Milan stocks were up slightly lateFriday morning, but down from the highs recorded in earlytrading. The FTSE MIB gained 0.30 percent to 21,191 points andthe All Share 0.26 percent to 22,395 points. All Europeanmarkets recorded gains in the aftermath of the No vote in theScottish independence referendum, which had sparked fears amonginvestors in recent days. The banks were varied following thefirst auction of the European Central Bank's two TargetedLonger-Term Refinancing Operations (TLTRO), while industrialand energy shares performed well. Telecom shares edged up 0.55percent after the signing of an agreement between Telefonicaand Vivendi. . .
