(AGI) Rome, Sept 20 - It's high time for a dialogue betweenhunters and environmentalists. In Italy, the parliamentrecently passed a regulation that makes Italy's law compliantwith European regulations. In Brussels, the European Federationfor Hunting and Conservation is assessing with environmentalgroups the European Directive for the Conservation of WildBirdlife, passed in 1979. The regulation, approved by theItalian parliament in July, will be enforced with a specificdecree and aims at resolving once and for all infringementprocedures. . .
