(AGI) London, March 10 - The Italian Embassy in London hasorganised a gala dinner to raise funds for the Italian school.The dinner, organised by the Italian Embassy, its Abruzzesehead chef Danilo Cortellini, and the British delegation of theFederazione Italiana Cuochi, will take place on Thursday March12 in the finely furnished halls of the Italian Embassy. Theschool is very much loved by the Italians living in the Englishcapital and is exclusively financed through private donationsand funds. The event, this year at its fourth edition, willfeature not only delicious food but also a Sotheby's expertauctioning off several objects donated to the school. Thedinner has been promoted by the Federation president FrancescoMazzei and chef Cortellini, and supported by many youngFederation members, who will work gratuitously. The menu forthe 100 guests will include risotto with fava beans, peas andasparagus tips, roasted Welsh lamb with season's greens and'zeppole' fritters with pistachio cream. . .
