India and Vietnam sign oil and gas exploration accord

(AGI) Hanoi, Sept 15 - India and Vietnam have signed anagreement to expand exploration and production cooperation foroil and gas in the South China Sea. The agreement betweenPetroVietnam and ONGC Videsh Ltd is part of seven otheragreements between the two countries that took place during thevisit of India's President Pranab Mukherjee to Hanoi.
