(AGI) Rome, March 4 - The Green Mobility Show will open onMarch 6 in Venice. The launching event, 'Hydrogen Power andMobility' has been organised by Hydrogen Park and VenetoInnovazione to highlight hydrogen-based technologies with somepractical demonstrations. This autumn, the show will featurethe first hybrid hydrogen and electricity powered ferryboatwith zero emissions. During the early morning session theagenda will cover hydrogen-based technologies in Europe, futureprospects for companies and local bodies, and funding tosupport the projects. The round table, to take place in thesecond morning session, will feature the presentation of goodpractices and successful applications, among them: thehydrogen-powered travel-lift manufactured by the Verona-basedcompany Baumann (on show); the hydrogen dispenser for vehicleswith tyres designed by Sapio (on show); the hydrogen-poweredbus built by Dolomitech for Trentino Trasporti; and the hybridelectricity and hydrogen powered ferryboat (HEPIC), silent andenvironmentally friendly, which is being completed by a groupof firms called 'Hydrogen Park Green Water Mobility', led byVenice-based Alilaguna Spa.. .
