(AGI) Genoa, Nov 14 - Genoa traffic was jammed on Friday as theCGIL trade union staged five protest marches. The eight-hourgeneral strike was called against the Jobs Act passed byparliament and cuts in the Budget bill. Marches were due toleave at 9 a.m. from Piazza Massena and Lungomare Canepa, inthe west of the city, from Piazza Corvetto, downtown, and fromPiazzale Kennedy, in the east. They will converge at PiazzaCaricamento for a rally which will be addressed by Ivano Bosco,Secretary of the Genoa Chamber of Labour. . .
