(AGI) Rome, Sept 29 - European stocks closed lower on Monday,dragged down by the political tensions in Hong Kong and theweakness of the euro. Madrid was the worst performer, dropping1.52 percent to 10,686 points. Milan followed with the FTSE MIBdown 1.29 percent.
