(AGI) - San Donato Milanese, July 2 - Between June 23 and June27 Eni bought back 441,750 of its own shares for a total of8,819,330.25 euros, within the framework of a buybackauthorised by the shareholders' assembly held on May 8, 2014and in compliance with the stock market's supervisoryauthority. Following the buyback, and taking into accountshares already owned by Eni, as of June 27 2014 Eni holds22,830,037 of its own shares, equal to 0.63 percent of thecompany's capital. . .
