Constitutional Court head's term expires
(AGI) Rome, June 28 - The president of Italy's ConstitutionalCourt, Gaetano Silvestri, reached the end of his term onSaturday. This means that the court will remain without eitherpresident or vice-president, as his deputy Luigi Mazzella'smandate also expired on Saturday. Parliament has not yet agreedon their replacements, despite three attempts at nominations,and the next vote will not be held until July 3. TheConstitutional Court will operate as normal and cases havealready been lined up for hearings on July 8 and 9. (AGI) . .
