Local officials have reported that Syrian fighterjets were used to bomb Rutba, Al-Walid and Qaim. Quoting thehead of Anbar's provincial council, Sabah Karkhout, CNN hasreported that the Syrian regime has carried out a barbaricattack against civilians in the Anbar province.
