'AperiKucha-Made in Italy' stages 3rd edition in Tel Aviv

(AGI) Tel Aviv, Dec 1 - "AperiKucha-Made in Italy", an eventorganised by the Italian community in Israel, staged its thirdedition in Tel Aviv's Tutus Karex gastropub. Youngentrepreneurs will share their experience on Wednesday and thedebate will be followed by a concert by Italian musician andactor Raiz, the vocalist of the band Almamegretta, who divideshis time between Naples and Tel Aviv. In his Italian songs,Neapolitan and Hebrew merge into a music genre combining funk,soul, rock, reggae, electro and dub, to create music inspiredby the Mediterranean. The event aims to acquaint peoplewith the numerous and multi-faceted activities of young peopleof all nationalities, highlighting their link to Italy andItalian brands. The performance, which will be held in English,is based on the so-called "Pecha Kucha", a stage set thatoriginated in Japan showing 20 slides for 20 seconds each. Theevent, sponsored by the Italian Embassy in Israel and"AperiKucha - Made in Italy", targets the growing community ofyoung Italians residing in Israel. (AGI) Rmo/Tig. .
