(AGI) Dubai, Oct 20 - The United Arab Emirates is ready toconquer space, especially Mars, where the Persian Gulf stateplans to land a remotely controlled vessel by 2021. Theprojects will dwarf Dubai's air transportation and tourisminvestments and will be run by the Institute of Science andTechnology, a newly created branch of the Emirates' SpaceAgency. In July, the latter had already announced newinvestments worth 5.4 billion dollars. The Institute willfollow and manage all phases of the Mars project. . .
