(AGI) - Rome, 15 nov. - The Libyan leader, Muammar Al-Gaddafi is in Rome for the FAO summit on food security. His airplane landed at 11.30am local time at Rome's Ciampino airport.
  Security was tight for the arrival of the Libyan leader and other heads of state who have been arriving since last night at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
