CSM CALLS FOR "CLIMATE OF RESPECT"

(AGI) - Rome, 10 Mar. - The plenary session of the Magistrates' Governing Council (CSM) has adopted a resolution on the statements made against magistrates by prime minister Berlusconi in recent months calling for the restoration of "a climate of respect", which is "essential precondition of an orderly democratic life". The two PDL lay judges, Anedda and Saponara, voted against the resolution. Anedda said that Berlusconi is the target of a campaign of persecution which has gone on for several years. .

IMMIGRANTS: UN CONCERNED ABOUT ITALY'S SECURITY PACKAGE
