(AGI) - Rome, 4 Sept. 4 - The Antitrust authority has decided to extend also to the US parent company Google Inc. , headquartered in Mountain View, California, the preliminary investigation set in motion on August 26 against Google Italy for possible abuse of dominant position. The announcement was made in an Authority statement. ''On the basis of inspections by the authority,'' said the statement, ''it has been found that the management of the Google News Italia service, currently under a preliminary investigation, was handled by Google Inc".
