(AGI) - Ankara, 6 Aug. The construction of the South Stream
gas pipeline, which will transport Russian gas to Europe
through Turkey, will not start before the end of 2010 and there
are no reasons to think that the start will be delayed, said
Russian Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko, during the visito of
Russian Premier Vladimir Putin to Turkey. Putin will sign a
series of energy agreements after his meeting with his Turkish
counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
